We work with some of the most vulnerable groups—persons with disabilities, women, children, transgender and LGBTQI+ communities—to ensure they are not left behind in society’s progress. Our approach combines access to rights, social protection, and empowerment initiatives.

Key Focus Areas

• Access to Entitlements: Supported communities in obtaining UDID cards, scholarships, mobility aids, livelihood loans, and social security benefits.
• Awareness & Advocacy: Conducted campaigns with Gram Panchayats, schools, and local groups to reduce stigma and promote inclusion.
• Mental Health Support: Through the Mental Health Initiative (MHI), built resilience and reduced suicide risk among transgender and LGBTQI+ individuals via support groups, pride events, and self-defence workshops.
• Women’s Empowerment: Addressed domestic violence, financial exclusion, and lack of livelihood opportunities for women with disabilities by facilitating loans and promoting entrepreneurship.
• Education & Rehabilitation: Ensured dropout children re-entered schools, and frontline workers were trained for early identification and referrals.
