Our program focuses on improving the well-being and economic independence of persons with disabilities by integrating healthcare, rehabilitation, and livelihood opportunities.

Health & Rehabilitation

• Therapy Support: Monthly therapy sessions reached 60 children, alongside parent training.

• Medical Access: Organised 80+ assessment camps for UDID cards, health checks, and referrals.

• Assistive Devices: Distributed 150 mobility aids (wheelchairs, tricycles, artificial limbs, etc.) and facilitated 60 surgeries.

• Frontline Training: Trained 55 Anganwadi and 40 ASHA workers in early identification, nutrition, and referral support.

Livelihoods

• District Livelihood Study: Mapped job opportunities with employers like Titan, Hindustan Lever, and Vishal Mart.

• Economic Empowerment: Supported 100 PwDs with livelihood loans and subsidies.

• Women’s Empowerment: Facilitated group loans, resolved domestic violence cases, and supported small enterprises like coffee shops and livestock rearing.

• Skill Building: Conducted workshops and focus group discussions with 95 PwDs to enhance employability.

Impact

• Improved health access, mobility, and rehabilitation for children and adults with disabilities.

• Increased financial independence and reduced vulnerability among PwDs, especially women.

• Strengthened linkages with employers, government schemes, and community networks to ensure long-term sustainability.
